Don't Waste Your Time Like I Did Went in after dropping my vehicle off at Windsor Honda for service during my lunch break. Was interested in test driving and possibly putting a deposi Went in after dropping my vehicle off at Windsor Honda for service during my lunch break. Was interested in test driving and possibly putting a deposit down on a used Focus RS. I was told only people ready to buy the vehicle were able to test drive the vehicle. I tried working through the numbers with the sale person but they were clueless and kept trying to give me a biweekly/ monthly payment amounts which was not what I requested. Do to the limited time I tried to put a deposit down after finally working through the numbers. He refused to take it even after I said I had the funds to pay off the remaining balance on my vehicle. My only condition at the end was that I test drive the vehicle later that day and if I find something mechanically wrong with the vehicle I get my deposit back if I choose. Shortly after I left the sales person called and seemed to change his mind but I was at work. After work I came back and was told that someone from Montreal had put a deposit down on it. They had no issues taking that persons deposit even when he was mid purchase for a similar vehicle and needed to get out before purchasing this one. After all this the sales person suggested I put a deposit on the car in case "financing" fell through. I work 60 to 80 hour weeks and do not appreciate my time being wasted like this. I ended up driving to Oakville and purchasing the same vehicle. They took me seriously when I called and we were able to quickly work through the numbers over the phone. I will not deal with this dealership ever again. More

When my extended warranty is done I'll never deal with them again. Just left today after bringing my car in 10am the day before. Told them I work at 3 . Shuttled me home what should have took an hour, oil change and replaced bolt was after 2pm started calling with no answer the receptionist was rude.i left message by 230 I'm in a cab to go work I get a call my cars ready . He says he was in "meeting " . Went in today to get my keys and my money back from the cab and the manage sends the working back to say I can have it put towards something! Over $21.00 you rather lose a customer who goes through this crap of pushing me back with working with my car in a timely matter. Keep the 20 my future 2020 car won't be from them More

She didn't try and fit me into a truck they had on hand. She listened to my needs and wants and found the vehicle I wanted. The truck arrived 2 weeks later with all my selected options and in my color of preference. I was offered the best price in the market at a reasonable rate. Fast forward 2 months later, warranty work was required for a faulty part. The service was prompt and done the same day covered by warranty.
