I think that this is a good place and they are very voncerned with customer satidfaction. However from the moment of booking which seemed accurately to tell me i should leave my car for the day but di voncerned with customer satidfaction. Upon arriving the girl took goodcare of me and was clear about taking my onformation regarding the car issue and the possible costs involved. However shedid think that my car would only need an hour of service much different than the full day the first lady told me. In the end the car needed to stay overnite into the next day afternoon. The cost that was quoted me was missing parts cost the original diagnostic fee and was therefore much higher and quite unexpected.i think they are really trying to do a good job but need to polish a few areas.
