I had my vehicle towed to the service area after hours one evening and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted first thing the next morning... not the next afternoon or worse, days later; I didn’t have t one evening and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted first thing the next morning... not the next afternoon or worse, days later; I didn’t have to call to chase down info on my vehicle or to be given an appointment for days or weeks later. It was refreshing to be taken care of right away, which I know doesn’t always happen with auto services. I had a flat tire and I thought that was all they needed to know but Rob, the gentleman in Service who called me, asked a few questions to get to the bottom of what I needed, if anything, beyond just a new tire - did I hit anything? He was looking to determine if my suspension/ anything else needed to be checked. After determining all I needed was my tire checked he had someone look at it and within less than an hour he got back to me with recommendations and a quote! Once I gave the go-ahead to order new tires, the service I received was **fast** - Rob ordered new tires that day and my vehicle was ready for pick up by 10:30 the next morning. I've never, in all my driving years, received such quick service! I was very impressed by not only Rob but also with the work done by the service personnel and the friendly driver who picked me up, on short notice, at my home to take me to the dealership to get my vehicle. Rob was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive with very little delay in responding to follow up questions I had, which allowed me to trust I was getting good service at a fair price. He was also very assuring as I was leaving inviting me to contact him with questions/ vehicle servicing needs I may have for my vehicle in the future. He made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, I had a really positive experience and all I can say is the only thing that would have made the experience better was if they cleaned up my vehicle after they were done with it - it was a mess when I picked it up - although, to be fair, it was a mess when it was dropped off too lol (to be very clear - I am just joking - it was all my mess and did not happen while in their care!). To Rob, the service personnel that worked on my vehicle, & the driver who all took great care of me & my vehicle: Thank so much for the exceptional service I received! I highly recommend & will not hesitate to come back! More
