James was very knowledgeable about the Bronco we recently purchased, He was an enthusiastic salesperson. When we picked up our new vehicle, he took the time to show us where all the signals, etc., were tha purchased, He was an enthusiastic salesperson. I purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick from Ahmad Assaf at Rose City Ford on January 22, 2022 and my whole experience was FANTASTIC. General Manager Scott Ohler was more than fair and accommodating when he priced City Ford on January 22, 2022 and my whole experience was FANTASTIC. General Manager Scott Ohler was more than fair and accommodating when he priced my trade in and Ahmad made my whole experience pleasant. I have purchase more than 30 vehicles in my lifetime and more than half have been from dealers. Ahmad and Scott never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable even when I was asking more than my fair share of questions. Ahmad returned every phone call and replied to every email I sent promptly. I also want to send a shout out to the finance lady, I forgot her name but she was pleasant respectful and thorough. When I picked up my vehicle, Ahmad spent about an hour of time going through all the interior options and even set up both my wife and my cell phones. He also made sure my FordPass was set up and working properly. I did have a very unpleasant experience at another Ford dealership close to my home which caused me to drive further to meet up with Ahmad at Rose City Ford. Thank god I did because besides getting a good trade in for my vehicle, I met two great employees. I have now told a family member about my experience as they are looking for a car.
