I put down deposit 3 weeks before picking up the car. Signed 2 days before picking up the car. I was promised the car would be ready and the noise in the front fixed. Neither was done. I then was told the car would be picked up at my house 12:30 pm, so the repair could be made. Someone waiting all afternoon...3:15 pick up with not as much as even a text or call from dealership until 2:30 after I phoned. So far I am not happy at all. More

I took my vehicle in to get my engine light examined, and like most mechanics and women customers, they assumed I had no idea how much things cost. First guy tried telling me a $150-$200 job was 880+, and wh like most mechanics and women customers, they assumed I had no idea how much things cost. First guy tried telling me a $150-$200 job was 880+, and when I came into pay for my inspection, the second guy quoted be $530, not knowing the first guy already way over quoted me. This is why most women don’t trust mechanics. I already have my car booked in to get the issue fixed at a shop that will change me exactly how much it costs without the “They assume I’m a clueless tax.” Really “saved” myself about $650 with a simple Google search. I got my first car with Rose city when I was 17, and I’ve bought two more cars with them over the past 16 years, and this isn’t the first time they’ve tried to make me pay double, sometimes triple what something is worth. This was the last straw, and I won’t be going back. So disappointed. More
