I have given Rose City service department 3 times to make my experience good, but that is not the case. When they say my car will be ready in a certain amount of time I expect it to be a reasonable time, no my experience good, but that is not the case. When I picked my vehicle it was not washed and mechanic that worked on it left mud marks all over the outside door handle and also smeared all over the inside drivers armrest.
