We have been dealing with this dealership for some time on our previous Chev truck and have been very happy with the service we received even though we did not purchase that vehicle there. That is why when we were looking for a newer replacement that would meet our needs now we went to Ron Hodgson. We stopped by the used sales lot and were approached by Todd, he was not as aggressive as some sales personal can be. He answered our questions, made some suggestions and gave us his card for further contact if we had more questions or further requirements. We went to the sales event at St Albert Place and looked at what was there in our price range and what we required for a vehicle. Todd was at the event and was very helpful with providing us with the opportunity to drive the final selection and was determined to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Again he was not aggressive with us but was very aggressive with getting us the best deal possible. Once the deal was reached we went to the dealership to complete the sales agreement and make payment. Todd was there for us the whole way right down to picking up the vehicle that day. At the dealership we dealt with Vance Yue in the finance department who made sure we had all the information we needed regarding warranty and coverage details. He too was only interested in our best interest. It is not always that you can deal with a dealership that is only interested in the bottom line and will take the time to make sure the fit is right for the customer. The savings are definately noticeable with the $1.28 per litre price tag at most of the gas stations.
