If you'd like I could take a picture of the 29% oil life left and am sure there would be a likely excuse. Further, I find it troubling that I paid a documentation fee yet receive only check marks and no percentages relating to tire tread left. I also did not receive any collision report or confirmation that the vehicle I purchased was not in one, but mine was searched. A half tank of gas is what I received in the optimum GMC Truck yet all I was informed about were the negatives of my own vehicle. Also, I initially forgot to mention the 2-way remote starter in my truck and when brought up later, I received the comment "You can remove it if you'd like". This tells me that the car starter, 2-way remote and instructions added no additional value to my truck but I know it is definitely an added feature to future buyers. Absolutely no compensation was added for this feature. The truck included an extra set of new winter tires mounted on factory rims but was completely deemed worthless and I was told I could take them back. I ended up advertising them on kijiji and sold them in 24 hours for $600 for the set of 4 For receiving an optimum GMC vehicle I think the price should include something better than check marks. Percentages of brakes, tire tread, accident reports (which should be included in documentation as I paid $299 for) should also be included. My review on DealerRater is an accurate reflection and is as candy coated as possible. I am not willing to waste my time on the phone unless it is actually worth my time as I spent the time writing a review and made the same comments in the show room. I am not really sure why you are the one troubled by my concerns as I am the one who got whooped on a trade-in and did not get what I paid for. I could accept not getting an owners manual at Ritchie Brothers or Osman's but not at Ron Hodgsons? Seeing a vehicle at the auction, one can justify the care that went into it by looking at it and its fluids (oil, transmission, etc.). I guess I was wrong, and received a dealership price on an auction lot vehicle because everything seems to be hidden except the price! If you wish for a phone call prior to this review being released please let me know what your intensions are. I am not looking to waste any more time than required to inform potential buyers of the experience that I encountered.

What are you suggesting to make me a satisfied customer? I want what I paid for. did not receive the owners manual, results of the 150 point inspection (not check marks), the car report (part of documentation fee) stating the vehicle accident history.

What is the percentage of tire wear or ?/32 qualifies for GM Optimum used? Barry's answer was it had to meet a standard which does answer the question. Thanks for ordering the manual, it will be a benefit going forward but I still have not an idea as to why the vehicle was released with only 29% oil life.

My apologies, there is a typo in the previous response. Barry's answer does NOT answer the question in regards to tire wear! The check marked vehicle inspection would only be expected at a Fort Road used car dealership, not the big name, fancy show room Ron Hodgson dealership. I suppose if it is not possible to get these answers from the dealship. Perhaps it would be worth while not wasting anymore of my time with dealer rater but a consumer advocate on television. I never did get an answer if the truck I purchased was ever in an accident. It took moments for Barry to point out flaws in my trade in but he had no answers for questions in regards to the purchased truck. Was the truck in an accident? What is the Optimum Gm rating on tire tread? Is the dealership now waiting the 30 days so that I am stuck with this truck without answering the questions? I am now finding it troubling to be a satisfied customer. If the dealership would like resolve this then perhaps they can call me. They do have my number.
