Awesome customer service I came to the used car lot knowing exactly what I wanted. Ludwig took the time to talk with me and my kids, passing out balloons and making sure they I came to the used car lot knowing exactly what I wanted. He was very thorough and answered all my questions, took me on a tour of the main dealer showroom and introduced me to staff we passed along the way. He told me the story about how Ron himself built his business and about what a genuine down to earth guy Ron Hodgson is and how much he values his employees and customers. Said it didn't matter the type of car I bought used or new the minute I drove away from the lot I will always be a customer of theirs. He made sure I was all gassed up and even though they had already closed, he took the time to set up sync so I had my music for the ride home. He called me Monday after I bought the car on Saturday to see if everything went good with the ride home and if there were any questions I had. An overall awesome salesman and good guy I would recommend everyone I meet to see him if they want a no pressure, pleasant experience. More
