My intial contact with James was through their website. James replied to my email within an hour and he started working on my file immediatley. He was understanding to my situation, which, I have to admit was very hard to deal with. James worked quickly to provide me with the exact car that I was looking for. He worked around my crazy schedule and ensured that I could get into my new vehicle as soon as possible. James was honest and explained that it was going to be very hard to get financing for a new vehicle based on the negative equity I had left on my previous vehicle. He kept everything on a positive note and ensured me that he would do as much as he could to help out. After I had picked out my vehicle, I met with Vance from the finance department. Vance was super friendly, joked around with my son and made the whole finance experience simple and pleasurable. Vance went out of his way by making a personal call to the finance company to explain my situation. As a result of his efforts, my loan was approved. James and Vance worked on my file for an additional amount of time to try to reduce the monthly payments for me so that they would be affordable, based on the budget I have provided them. I am pleased to say that they were able to arrange a payment plan that was a few dollars under my alotted budget. When I went in to sign the final paperwork, Vance was not availiable. I was introduced to Chelsea, a finance specialist, who was amazing. She had all of the documents ready for signature. She explained everything in detail. Nothing was left out. Chelsea even called my insurance agent on my behalf to get the coverage transferred to my new vehicle. I cannot even descibe in words, how everyone made me feel at Ron Hodgeson. James went out of his way to ensure that my car buying experience was everything that I needed it to be. I will return to the dealership when it is time to purchase my next vehicle. I will always recommend Ron Hodgeson, and James to anybody I know that is looking for a new vehicle. If there was some sort of an award given to outstanding salepeople, James would be my pick! More
