Have purchased a truck here before. Service was good when you are spending 75K. Took my wife here when her current suv needed replaced. He was nervously glancing around and splashed some vehicle options on the table I front of us. After 5 minutes of distracted questioning the salesman told us to come back tomorrow because they are closing soon. Literally 10 minutes to close. I get that the process takes some time to complete but this sad dribble of effort was embarrassing. The next day we drove to an alternate dealership. Not impressed Ron, again. Perhaps it’s time to reassess. More

Just bought a truck out of province although Randy was good and honest to deal with James his manager was rude. Basically we have your $ so too bad attitude. Paid full price and then an extra $2000 for re good and honest to deal with James his manager was rude. Basically we have your $ so too bad attitude. I thought only the sales person was bad, but the sales manager is even worse and rude! Not reliable and arrogant people. Avoid! I’ve been sitting in the service bay for 15 mins with two customers ahead of me and with no one at the service bay helping no one.
