Excellent Buying Experiance From Start to Finish!!!! Our journey started on March 26,2016. We had been looking around for a new pickup. It was later in the day and we stopped in to see what they had at Ron Hodgsons. We pulled in and right away we were greeted by Daniel Abday. This was one of most polite and professional young salesman we had ever met. What really got my attention was that when my misses and I were greeted he made appoint of making sure to introduce himself to her as well. (this is huge in my books). He was very at tentative and made sure to listen to what we wanted and wasn't pushy. We went for a test drive and were sold on the truck due to his attitude and sense of humor. We went back to the dealership were we met with James Achty. Again very polite, professional, and made sure my lady was part of the conversations. We really wanted the truck but was wanting a different color. They did a quick search and found exactly what we wanted. 2015 Kodiak in Brownstone. We then moved onto finance where we met with Ludwig Ernst. AGAIN!!! very polite professional, and made sure to includes the both of us in the conversations. Had great sense of humor and wasn't really pushy on selling add ons and up selling products. The whole time the guys were great and stayed late at no issue to make sure we were getting what we wanted and more. Right away Monday I had got a call back Ludwig saying things were good to go and confirmation from Bob Jenkins that the truck we wanted was secured and available. There was great communication during the week between sales and parts to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and on timing for delivery. On April 2, 2016 we went to get our new pickup. Daniel did a great job of making the experience that extra special for my lady being that this was her first time getting a brand new vehicle. He had made the experience very personal for her by putting a congrats sign in the window, balloons, and an extra little present for her in the cab waiting. Daniel did a great job of making sure she knew all of trucks features and had great knowledge of the pick up. The detailing staff did an excellent job of making sure the truck was very clean and with out flaws. The undercoating that was done was excellent! Then we moved onto signing the paperwork where we met Adam Martel. This fella was riot! never had so much fun signing our money away LOL. Still very knowledgeable, polite, made us both part of the process and did great of sucking me in for extended warranty LOL!!! I have bought numerous pickup and vehicles in the past but by far this was one of the best experiences ever and will be back with others. If you are looking for a great deal with family atmosphere this is the place for you. Thank you everyone for making it amazing for both myself but more importantly my lady. More

He respected the fact that we needed time to make a decision as purchasing a new truck is a huge financial responsibility. We felt zero pressure to commit. After we made the decision to purchase our new truck through Ron Hodgson and emailed Shane with our thoughts on a new truck, he quickly responded and we setup a appointment. The end result of our appointment with Shane resulted in purchasing a new 2016 GMC Sierra Denali. I was not offered compensation nor would the dealer pay for the insurance. Steer clear of Ron Hodgson service. Spoke with the assistant service manager and he did not seem to care nor offer any apology or compensation. More

Not a simple pre-owned purchase.. but over all okay. Purchased a pre-owned car. They disclosed that the tires were worn and there was a "clunk" in the rear suspension. I opted to get it fixed and added i Purchased a pre-owned car. They disclosed that the tires were worn and there was a "clunk" in the rear suspension. I opted to get it fixed and added it to the cost of the car. After I got home, I realized that there was an exhaust leak on the inspection that didn't pass. I had to take it back and they fixed it. Note: the oil life read 36% so it needed a fresh oil change. I had specifically asked about the oil and it was brushed off. There is still a clunk in the rear suspension. A few days later I had a check engine light, took it back and turned out it needed a new thermostat. They fixed that at no charge. They said they also topped u the coolant however a couple days later my car displayed "low coolant" and I had to top it up. Which means the technician didn't take the time to properly fill it and take the bubbles out... I had to return to this dealership 3 times. The service was good but the mechanics definitely did not want to see the car in there again. Each time I left I had more and more doubts that everything was REALLY taken care of, which didn't leave me with a good sense of security. Yvonne was very nice and took care of all my concerns. More
