When I went for an oil change recently an employee was quick to approach me and suggest that I take a seat and relax with a hot drink and some popcorn, whilst reading a paper or watching the television. I actually enjoy studying the salt water fish while I wait in this establishment. No complaints at all, only positive. More

First time new truck experience..5 star rating!! My Wife and I have been thinking about buying a new truck for while. We were in the area and decided to drop in. I have known other people that have My Wife and I have been thinking about buying a new truck for while. We were in the area and decided to drop in. I have known other people that have bought from them so we decided to drop in. Nithin came and introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. What I was impressed with was how well he knew the inventory. When we told him the options we wanted, he knew exactly which vehicles they had and which ones worked for us. We didnt waste time looking at units that had options we didnt want. Because of my employer, I get GMC Preferred pricing so it was easy to get the best deal. We didnt need to negotiate on the price. We got them to install a few accessories and one of them was converting the truck to leather. It was a very easy process and we got to pick out the leather and stitching colours! From finance we dealt with Justin. He was very friendly and because it was SAT at close when we bought the truck, we had to wait for finance approval. He called like he said he would on monday to tell us we were approved and throughout the week (almost everyday) either Nithin or Justin would let me know what was being done to the truck. The parts guy..James (I think that was his name) also called and we went over the exact accessories we wanted. They originally said Friday as a pickup...and that was exactly the time we got to pick it up. Nothing was overlooked....all the accessories were installed that we ordered and the truck was waiting for us on the lot. I was very impressed with the detailing of the truck...especially the leather install...VERY NICE. So far we are very happy with the experience..they gave us a good deal on the accessories and protection package we got. Anyone thinking of buying a vehicle should definitely check them out! More
