Don't waste your time !!!!! I had a flat tire on my 2014 gmc 1500 , while changing the tire the cheaply made wheel wrench broke were the square is cut out of it . The next time I had a chance I stopped at Ron hodson , showed Sam from service , after half a hour he said they would get me a new one , Friday I stopped to pick it up , but I was driving a different truck and didn't have the broken wheel wrench with me , and he said he could not give me the new one until I dropped off the old one ! I told him I would drop it off next time I drive by , but he refused to budge.very untrusting!!! I live 40 min north of town , so it probably would have been cheaper just to buy the dam thing !!! Over the years I bought a lot of new trucks from them , and liked the sales department , but the service SUCKS !!!! More

Fun, down to earth, great people! I phoned Travis about a vehicle we had seen advertised, our experience from this initial call right to driving off the lot was super. Travis went above and beyond answering my questions even while away from work on his lunch break, he was very very down to earth and I never once felt pressured. He was also very knowledgeable of his product and took the time to educate me on various features/options available. When we went to pay and sign we met Ludwig who had just returned from a golf tournament to raise money for a charity that Ron Hodgson supports- he was also fantastic! Super down to earth, we had also gone golfing that day (though Ludwig scoring a 63 put us to shame!lol) ...but right away it felt like we were having coffee with friends and the whole experience was a lot of fun! My experience I only gave it a 4 because the vehicle i originally wanted had a pending deal on it and i did not find out until i got there. Haha.
