I'd never buy a car here. I responded to a promotion, and then never got it. First of all - when I called back, the dealer never picked up - either at reception or at the sales rep's extension. And they never helped me. I was simply asking what the special offers they had with F150 pre-orders. I can't stand this type of service - where they just try to collect information and don't actually help you. I'd hate to see what after-sales service is like. More

Canada is a Bilingual Country but clearly this dealership isn't, if you speak any English at all be prepared to get taken for. Also if you see a vehicle at this dealership that you like and the dealership down the road says they can get if for you on dealer trade for a better deal its ALL LIES. THIS DEALER PLAYS GAMES. THIS DEALER WONT TRADE. Goto Toronto or anywhere else but here for a vehicle. EAST COURT FORD way better deals, as in 7 grand less for the exact same truck!!
