Purchased a used vehicle when trying to sell it after 2 years discovered that the VIN# had been stolen and registered in a few different states. The team was very helpful and amazing. Was looking for a pick up truck. I was met by a gentleman named Dan Carisse. Who had all the answers for my questions. He answered my questions about the truck I didn’t even know about. I decided to purchase the truck and from there he looked after everything. The finance office was right on the ball and had everything looked after promptly. I could not have had a better service with this fearless hip. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I feel like I was deceived, lied too and squeezed for extra cash every time they called me. My Service advisor, every time she call, would find any way to squeeze me for extra cash on the job. Which by the way went to someone else. Her attention to detail was so great, on the final invoice, her contact number which she called me nine times, was complete incorrect! The Service Manager was upset cause she believed my vehicle was being services some where else. Like she owned the vehicle. NEWS FLASH............. It will be now for sure! Great Customer Service ! I guess the bottom line of what I'am saying is , go through you final invoice THOROUGHLY!! My was complete incorrect and the my service advisor try to tell me it was a small mistype on the her behalf. Hard to believe that the number could change from a 1 to a 9 which is on the other side of a keyboard. One of the manager"s try to tell me to pay the invoice in full and they would credit my account....LOL.I don't believe you'll see this account used here again. More
Car troubles while out of town I am from Peterborough and was driving my daughter back to Guelph on a Sunday evening. My car started to stall on the 401. I stayed the night in Guelph hoping that someone could help me the next day. The first dealership I phoned after I told them about being out of town said they couldn't help me. When I phoned Robinson Buick even though they were busy the service department said to bring it in as soon as I could. I was on the road within two hours. I appreciate that they took the time to listen and helped me get home. Thank you. Excellent service. This is why I will continue to buy GM cars because of the amazing service you get even when you are out of town. More
