Charles even packaged and moved my all season tires himself (I got winter tires for the winter season) to ensure my car or the tires won't get any sort of damage to them. You can see that Charles actually have a huge passion for cars and that is enough to make that much of a difference. Charles explained all the features of the CRV that I recently leased in such detail, price he gave me was also the best (and I know this as I've compared prices), he was very knowledgeable about the contracts and explained the lease contract in detail as well! I returned my previous car in to the dealership and he even insisted on helping me personally move all my belongings to the new car. These guys go the extra mile to make their customers satisfied!
