I had a worse experience, had oil change on jan 3 2020 for my civic 2018 lx .waited 3 hours to done the oil change but didnt reinstall the oil aluminum pan I noticed when I refilled the windshield water for my civic 2018 lx .waited 3 hours to done the oil change but didnt reinstall the oil aluminum pan I noticed when I refilled the windshield water and found the engine and everything so dirty and shocked and looking around then found out there is no oil aluminum pan .called on june 6 explained the issue and need to fix the ac as well it is blowing hot heat they give an appointment on July 7 for it . Oil Change Quaility I had bought my own Synthetic Motor Oil 4.4 L for Honda Fit but there is only ~0.4 Litre left and the capacity should be 3.6L but I pull the motor oi I had bought my own Synthetic Motor Oil 4.4 L for Honda Fit but there is only ~0.4 Litre left and the capacity should be 3.6L but I pull the motor oil stick and found the followings: 1. The color of the motor oil does not seem to be my synthetic oil. 2. Motor oil is not very clean even right after changed. 3. i have asked what is price for Oil change if I bring my own synthetic Motor Oil but the Invoice is about $ 10.00 more than the quotation over the phone. I do recommend you have to check your Motor Oil right after the change and I do not recommend you bring your own motor oil because they might not use the one you provided. More
