Roadsport Honda

Purchased a used certified Honda Pilot. Front end noise within two weeks of delivery due to lug nuts not torqued properly. Two lugs nuts were missing on the front end, likely loosened off during driving a within two weeks of delivery due to lug nuts not torqued properly. Checked the rear lug nuts which were so tight I suspect no rear brake inspection was completed. Contacted the dealership immediately requesting they inspect the front assembly due to the potential damage from the loose passenger wheel. Provided written documentation at their request. 4 1/2 months and no return calls or commitment for resolution. I call every 2-3 weeks and I am provided the same response from the sales representative that someone will call me that day or next day. *Touch screen was also not functioning properly and car was to be fully detailed and was not.
