A few moths after the clutch started giving problems.. every time I called the dealer they would say we're full book for a few weeks. This is road sport Chrysler saying this to Me..being a new father forgets things are easily Forgotten and forgot to call back a few weeks later.. afterwards a few other small things popped up like body panel adjustments needed to be re aligned and a few other small things. Anyways me and my pops are on the highway on the 15th of September and noticed the car was reving up, automatically assuming the clutch was gone. I contacted road sport Chrysler on the 16th and said it's an important fix it needs to be brought in asap. They said ok bring it in on the 26th... so of course we kept driving the car as we had no other wheels at the time. 26 September comes and I bring the car into the dealer they said they'll have the car part in one day and let me know in a day or two what's wrong with it and if it's under warranty... I waited a week to hear anything. They came back and told me it's the clutch and they aren't covering it because it's warn. Of course it's worn. You left us driving it with a bad clutch for 10 days!!!! You were quick to tell me it's not covered but you weren't quick to fix the 10-12 small things that I asked you to fix while it was there!!! This war isn't over believe me!!!!! Roadsport Chrysler FCA North America is xxxxxxxx! Don't advertise your race cars with a warranty if you ain't going to warranty them even if things break from not racing! Don't put a launch control button and a red key race mode option if you don't want to warranty things!! 2 clutch replacements before 20,000km or 1 year my xxx!!!! Road sport has worste customer service. Thanks for spilling purple xxxx under my hood. Bunch of slop workers. More

Since we were dealing from out of town and couldn't physically see the vehicle, Mr. Beyan was most helpful in answering all our queries and putting us at ease throughout the whole process.
