I arrived at the dealer to check on the progress of the repair on Tues at 1PM truck still parked in parking lot NOT touched Need vehicle for work on Wednesday. Service rep used old adage that the parts had just arrived and next on the hoist Customer service is professional however Roadsport policies on getting the job done are absolutely TERRIBLE and unacceptable. I told them your website says its included he kept on giving attitude and make you feel like you are being fooled. On top of it when I was trying to make a deal, he went inside and came back with the numbers which clearly shows you are being cheated because of your colour because so called salesperson quoted a price excluding taxes and when it showed the number its says including taxes. When I point it salesperson started scrambling and saying ‘Oh! I can honour the same’ as in he is doing a huge favour. His attitude was on heights. I asked for manager he didn’t showed up because he knew he and his salesperson tried to cheat. The moment when it was happening it felt like I did a huge mistake coming here and felt like they are thinking you can’t do maths or they are treating you like a illiterate immigrant. DON’T EVER GO THERE. ITS YOUR MONEY WHOSE GIVING THEM BUSINESS BUT THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE NO ONE. I felt like I am being treated as an immigrant who know nothing More

The finance manager is also a racist with the way he was talking to me because am black thinking i wont be able to afford an ordinary jeep wrangler. I reported them to OMVIC and next would be CBC marketplace. Avoid this crooks by all means. They dont even deserve 1 star but Barbara the sales rep was good. More

I was at roadsport Chrysler today Jan. 5th 2020 and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had an appointment for January 4th 2020 and when I arrived the technician was off for the day, s say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had an appointment for January 4th 2020 and when I arrived the technician was off for the day, so that meant I had to leave and come back today the 5th of January. They charge me almost 2 hundred dollars for 1hours work. They can charge the public what they like but when they make a mistake and have a customer reschedule there life to get something done, your time is worth nothing. I was thinking about buying a new ram 1500 larimie but I will take my business somewhere else for sure. My advice is to look for another dealership. Good luck to you and keep your hand and eyes on you wallet. I am giving roadsport zero stars as my rating. More
