After a few frustrating visits to find out why the "check engine" light kept coming on he went to great lengths (to say the least) to get to the root of the problem for our trusty 2005 Jeep Liberty-best car we've ever owned. While we thought it was the "end of the road" for the car, Joe calmly reassured us that he would find the problem and so he did!! He thinks we'll get a bit more use from it, but are keeping a eye on buying a new Jeep Cherokee Sport when it eventually goes.
