Today I completed the purchase of my Honda CRV with Rivington Rally Honda. The whole experience was outstanding with the respectful, helpful and friendly staff. Rami Najm, my salesperson, spent considerable time informing me of the available inventory and explaining different features. He extremely well mannered and respectful in his sales approach. No pressure. Michael Florance took time to explain the benefits of an extended warranty which was not part of my original plan but I did go with it. He explained in detail all the paper work and, of course, happily took my money! Ken Laszio was the final contact who managed to condense 20 pages of techie interior stuff into 15 minutes, set up my phone and set me on my way. The whole process was positive and I am very happy with my vehicle which was detailed to perfection. More

Just bought a new car from Rivington Rally Honda in Smiths Falls and my salesman Mike Eng was the best, honest, and he really knows his stuff. He was willing to help in any way and he wasn't pushy. Amanda and Shane, eventhough they were swamped with other vehicles and I brought my car in with a leaking brake line unexpected, still made me feel like my situation was important to them. I brought it in on Tuesday at 1pm and they had the brake line along with a list of other things I had an appointment for on April 16th, done by Thursday at 4pm and they were closed Wednesday. Shane phoned a couple of times just to keep me informed of what was happening. In this time of Covid 19 it's nice to still see ppeople who care. Thanks again. More

Worst Experience Ever I agree with painter guy, Phil is full of crap. I bought a 2019 Insight and had a 2003 TBird as a trade. 2 and 1/2 weeks after purchase, Phil called m I agree with painter guy, Phil is full of crap. I bought a 2019 Insight and had a 2003 TBird as a trade. 2 and 1/2 weeks after purchase, Phil called me (laughing) to say they made a mistake and I still owed them $2401. I thought they were joking but apparently not. They took me to small claims court and in the end I had to pay up. They made many mistakes in this sale and never owned any of them. I would never recommend this dealership and I will never buy a Honda again. Barry and Phil wrote my contract and made math mistakes that they should have taken responsibility for. More

The only thing I was concerned about is the way Phil told me an out right lie about undercoating my vehicle...he said that if any holes would be drilled for the propose of undercoating, that it would weaken the integrity of the vehicle, causing it to be less safe? That has to be the biggest pile of poop I have heard in a long time. As much as I enjoyed the process of buying a vehicle here, I seriously am concerned about this kind of dishonest behavior...what else was I lied to about? More
