Absolutely gouged by service. Once my vehicle was in they kept adding more to the cost, leaving me no choice but to pay without any other options. I picked up my vehicle after paying the forced bill only to be told that the check engine light that was now on will go out on its own, or I can bring it in again another day. They wouldn't even check it right then while I was there. Had service done, and left with my check engine light on. While I was waiting in line another customer was complaining about having been forced to pay for additional charges as well. Apparently this is how this dealership nails people. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and overcharging once you are cornered. Dale, you need to learn how to take responsibility and be accountable for your staff and yourself. More
