Chad our sales rep in 2013 no pressure no worries and after care was awesome. He introduced us to the denhams and the front line staff, this is hi I came to know Dale the best shop foreman and service manager I’ve seen in a long time.the denhams ran on honesty and integrity!! Fast forward to 2015 sold my car and bought another truck from the same company Same experience awesome. Fast forward to 2025 2015 is older but maintained now the dealer has changed yet again now river valley Chrysler My 2015 needed Lower control arms 2500.$ Cam bolts siezed.after 3 alignments and a full suspension check why was this missed no explanation given.at this point I was agitated. A week or so later I hear a growl in the front end accompanied by a ever so slight highway speed vibration as well as a vibration on decel at 30 kph and lower Again i have to bring it in. Estimated at 6500.$ 8500.$with the new tires I added due to the ones i had on were garbage.by this time I had to make a decision to keep or trade.. I decided to keep it after repairs completed 7 ish days parts took a bit First highway trip touch sook so bad I could make a martini in he drivers seat!!! Decided to drive for 3 days then I decided to look at all the wheels to see if all the wheel weights were there yes all accounted for!! When I looked at the inner cv joints I lost all sanity I had left both cv boot fins were touching!!!!! This is not supposed to happen My old axles did not do this!!!! The 2013 I have does not do this!!! When i brought the 15 back to the dealer I showed them the pics. Even the finning tech at work said you have a problem!!!!!! Probably not installed correctly. When I brought it back to the dealer I explained that and showed the pics I called the advisor about 10 ish to see if she got the pics and asked about the truck she said a wheel weight fell off and the axle boots are normal (not) Wasn’t buying that guess I’ll be rebooting axles on a regular basis lmao!!advisor said you have to wait for a boot to leak grease or a joint to fail (no warrantable condition! As for the vibration still the same no change When I saw the repair order tech drove 120 km!!!!! 20 km over the posted speed limit!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!! If this were the denhams service would have said let look at it further ad correct the issue here at river valley Chrysler it’s whatever excuse they give you as long as they have your money This is the dealer I trusted for 13 years!!!!!! I requested info on a vehicle from Straightline in Fort Sask. I was contacted by Alyssa and later by Josh Corbett. He told me the vehicle of interest was being shown to someone else and that he had confirm Sask. I was contacted by Alyssa and later by Josh Corbett. He told me the vehicle of interest was being shown to someone else and that he had confirmed it had an extended warranty up to 160,000 kms. A huge add on value he said. I took the vehicle for a test drive and bought it on Feb 3, 2024 I picked it up on Feb 6 but the transfer form was not available at the time. It took til Feb 14 before I received the transfer. Once I tried to have it put in my name I discovered the vehicle only had a manufacturers warranty which expires on April 13, 2024. When I contacted Josh he said it was a mistake made by an employee that no longer worked there. Nice try. I was very upset by this and asked Straightline to resolve it. Add the warranty or buy the vehicle back. Josh offered me an extended warranty at cost which I refused cause it was after all suppose to have one already. I was told it wasn’t financially feasible for them to add it on and that they would buy the vehicle back. I had spent over a month searching for this vehicle and really didn’t want to sell it back. I wanted Straightline to make it right. All I was offered was buy it back or a couple of oil changes and a detailing. None of which I wanted. On top of that they tried to charge me extra for etching, detailing and protection package nearly $1,000 extra which is illegal to do. It’s included in the price already. So they took those extras away when it should be included. It pays to do your research as a consumer and know your rights. I don’t feel Straightline did what they were suppose to. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. It’s all about sell the vehicle, even if they have to lie. More
