Straightline made buying a new car a pleasure My wife and I arrived at the dealership just minutes before closing on a Saturday and were greeted very warmly. Katie Trenaman stayed late to allow me My wife and I arrived at the dealership just minutes before closing on a Saturday and were greeted very warmly. Katie Trenaman stayed late to allow me to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the product. Allowed us to take the test drive alone (I hate when the salesperson jumps in the back). I decided to buy the vehicle and the negotiation was very smooth. None of the usual games or claims the price was already as low as they could go. Offered me a good price on my trade in, found some rebates and perks to meet the purchase price I wanted to pay. It was a cash deal so very quick and easy to wrap up. Amber in finance went over the various extended warranty options but didn't pressure. Came back Monday to pick up the vehicle where Katie and Karen were both very helpful. Jason even gave me a crash course on putting on and removing the Jeep's top. All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend Katie and Straightline to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Living in the Yukon there is not much for options compared to places down south so I was very pleased they were willing to accommodate me.
