Best Dealership Experience Ever I have bought and sold many vehicles in my lifetime and I would have to say other then my first purchase from a dealership (which my Dad worked at) th I have bought and sold many vehicles in my lifetime and I would have to say other then my first purchase from a dealership (which my Dad worked at) this has been the best. The deal was seamless and I was from a different city doing most of the deal by phone. I had a trade in vehicle and usually this would be the point where I may say that it wasn't fair but they were absolutely fair with the trade and I cannot respect that enough. Most of my in house dealership experience itself was with Karen Dixon (Finance Manager) and I would say without hesitation that she is incredibly professional and does her job with the utmost integrity. She went through everything thoroughly ensuring that I knew everything I was reading and signing. If I didn't understand something or had a question she had the answer. Even when I was leaving and couldn't figure out something in the vehicle she came out to see if she could help. All staff that I had interaction with were great and the service was impeccable!! It is apparent to me that this dealership owner cares about the people they put in their vehicles and for this I cannot thank them enough. Needless to say when I go to purchase my next vehicle I will be going back to Straightline. More
