Decent sales person, poor financing, horrible service. Sales were decent, friendly approachable, in a hurry to make a deal showing an effort to make discounts and throw ins. Disputed my wishes finance tried to force service packages and extended warranty because “I got a good deal on the vehicle”. That experience was draining and frustrating to say the least. Vehicle had a couple defects which they promised to fix at a later date. One defect was fixed after about a month in which to their credit a loaner was supplied because it took a couple weeks to fix the dent. The other paint defect still has not been fixed even though I’ve followed up several times and it just seems their dent repair guy is never working when I call and they never call back. Because it’s minor I’ll just fix it myself at a later date now then continue to try and fight with these people. Last but not least the vehicle is given to me with outstanding recalls and a non-functioning A/C. When I call to have the A/C fixed in Jun/Jul, I’m told A part is on back order and it can’t be fixed till Sept. With that being said I called another dealership and the A/C was fixed the following day. More
