Bought a car from them before 5 months not Maintained at all I bought a car from them in June 2016. By this time ( December 2016). I had to replace the front brake rotors, pads and air filters even though I drov I bought a car from them in June 2016. By this time ( December 2016). I had to replace the front brake rotors, pads and air filters even though I drove only 5000 KM after getting the car . The car looks great and mechanically fine but they did not do any maintenance before selling the car. If you are going to buy the car from them, better to go with a Mechanic so that you will not be in trouble and need to spend a lot after getting the car. More

The used car department was able to give me a great price on my trade in, finance was able to get me approved at a rate that works great for me. On top of that Krista the general manager made sure everything was seamless and that I was happy. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used car. As a real estate agent, the vehicle I drive is very important to me. Hyundai not only has all the luxury options I need, it comes with a 5 year warrenty I can't get anywhere else. I love my new Senota and am very grateful to the Hyundai team! More

A work in Progress I went to River City Hyundai looking for a new car. We were greeted at the door by Jordan who asked what we were looking for. We started with gently used so he quickly pulled up a couple cars to show us. He had a barely used Elantra GT that we were interested in that he suggested would be about $10,000 cheaper than new, but when he returned from the manager (Patrick) with the price, it was more like $2000 and with the difference in finance rates, it was actually more expensive. So we then went to see Richard in New sales. Richard was very friendly and showed us a few options for vehicles and we found a new Elantra GT that we liked. I was disappointed that there were no prices on the cars and the salesman had to go to the manager for a price and wanted me to commit to purchasing the car if they gave me a good enough price. What? Patrick over heard me expressing my concern with this statement and came into the office and explained that they did not want to waste time giving quotes if buyers were not committed. They almost lost me there, but this dealer ship and its staff are pretty new and I liked Richard, so I gave him a chance to give me a quote. While Patrick was preparing the quote, I built the car on line to get the MSRP so I knew what I was getting. The price was reasonable and I liked the car, so I proceeded with the Purchase. John (Finance Guy) upsold me on a few add ons that I wanted. I am from out of town so I left the car there for 2 week for them to get it ready for pick up. In the mean time I went to get insurance and registration, but was unable to register the car because John did not sign the NVIS form. I called the dealership and the young lady in finance, who's name I can not remember, quickly sent the correct paper work to the registry office. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the car was not ready because they forgot to install one of the items. Richard was a bit frustrated and quickly went to find out what happened. He returned with Jovan who also apologized and offered to have the car ready in about 2 hours as I was not staying in town and had a long drive ahead of me. It was closer to 3 before it was done. While I was seriously annoyed, everyone was friendly, helpful, somewhat embarrassed and extremely apologetic. Although they made a few mistakes, they worked hard to fix them. More
