I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. After one week of doing the dealerships we had our best experience at Rimar Volkswagen. Terrible Service It took 3 hours for a 30 minute job. Went to have winter tires put on and an oil change. The tires were already balanced and on rims. After an hour It took 3 hours for a 30 minute job. Went to have winter tires put on and an oil change. The tires were already balanced and on rims. After an hour and a half, I went to ask about the status of the work, was told should be done soon. A half hour later, still no news. I went to the front desk, and no one was around to answer my questions. After two and a half hours, finally someone told me the car was being washed and would be ready soon. At hour 3 it was finally done and the wait was over. I sincerely hope they use a good quality oil for their oil changes, as if the wash was any indication of the quality here, I am in big trouble. I've seen better results for car washes at any gas station. Would surely not recommend servicing your vehicle here, and I certainly will not buy vw ever again if this is the standard of service to expect. They also did not apologize for the wait or explain why this took so long. Needless to say, there are better options available, as dealerships always inflate the prices of their service. At this price, it is truly not worth your time or money. If you absolutely need to come here, make alternate plans to leave your car for the duration of the day, as it is not even a rush season for tire changes yet, and I thought going in early would help with the wait time...clearly I expected too much of their "service". More
