On Saturday April 22 at Definition of Steal: take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it. On Saturday April 22 at 10am I had to take my car to Ridgehill Ford to get the drivers airbag installed as I received a recall notice from Ford. I was there early and they took my car in right away, which was excellent. I was very pleased with how efficient they were. Saturday afternoon, after they were closed, I noticed that my license plate cover was taken off and replaced with a Ridgehill Ford license plate cover without my knowledge. Even though it had another dealership name, that was my plate cover to keep if I choose, which I did. To say I was mad was an understatement. I spoke to the service department manager and was told that this is company policy and that it is common practice in your business. He was very apologetic and had my original plates delivered to my place of employment. This is stealing and if I wish to waste the valuable time of our police department, I could have you charged with theft. These were my plate covers and I paid a lot of money for what they were attached to. To take them off and put your advertising on is unconscionable. This might seem trivial to you but to me it’s all about trust. First plate covers, then who knows. What else is done that no one notices. I sent this letter April 26 through Contact Us on Ridgehill’s web site and as of today, no reponse. So I’ve posted my complaint elsewhere so others can see. More

Have a 2013 Ford Fiesta with Ford's awesome extended warranty turns out Ford doesn't cover their trim falling off the roof and water leaking in the ba Have a 2013 Ford Fiesta with Ford's awesome extended warranty turns out Ford doesn't cover their trim falling off the roof and water leaking in the back of a car with 40000km was charged 130$ just to be told basically after hitting it with a garden hose water is leaking in the roof (Great Quality) the service department is a joke at ridge hill Ford was told they don't cover water leaks trim do not waste money on the extended warranty bought the Car from Galt Chrysler so the head of service at Ridge Hill Ford threw in my face why he didn't really care....(Not like they should back a Ford)Left the rear of car flooded with water where the spare tire goes great quality and service never got to talk to manager apparently to (busy) now the car smells like mold and mildew and I'm left with the repair cost (never buy from this dealership!!) Do yourself a favour and go one driveway down and buy from Cambridge Center Honda or Bennett Chevrolet!! I was new in Canada and had no idea about the car market here. They showed me around and treated me as a valuable guest. Infact, I bought the car on my 3rd day of landing in Canada. The finance was approved on the same day and I was given a rental car free of charge till my car was ready for delivery. The after sales customer service is exceptionally great! My car needed a part replacement after a week and they immediately put me in a rental car for free till they replaced the part and made sure all my concerns are adressed. I could not have asked for more. Extremely helpful, hospitable and professional guys who know how to treat a customer. Special thanks to Paul ( Sales ) and Nelio ( financing and warranty). The wonderful service team , Becky and Scott who went the extra mile to make sure i got what i wanted. Thanks to Adam ,Jim Dano, and others who were kind and friendly. Highly recommended dealership. Great customer service. Awesome service and work shop team. Great value for money. More

Took me for a ride! A Ridgehill Ford representative reached out to me last week to purchase my used vehicle, as they had a customer looking for that type of car. I went i A Ridgehill Ford representative reached out to me last week to purchase my used vehicle, as they had a customer looking for that type of car. I went in, met with their Credit Service Manager, and we signed a legal sales agreement for them to purchase my vehicle - pending I returned with a valid safety and etest (no problem). Fast forward 3 days, as I'm driving to Rigdehill Ford from London with my Safety, Etest, and ownership in hand, they call me and tell me the deal is off. Their buyer backed out. Quite frankly, the sales agreement we signed stated nothing about an end buyer. It's worded in such a way that Ridgehill Ford assumes all the risk. I attempted to inform them of this, and the Sales Manager yelled at me, telling me I could sue them in court before they'd buy my car and to leave his office. What a waste of time, money, and terrible customer service! More
Parts is an absolute Joke! lying salesmen and hateful management I purchased a used vehicle about 2 years ago bought an extended warranty best thing I could of bought . Cause it was a lemon everything from motor tranny too suspension. Tried to get it fixed under warranty and I couldn't even get an appointment. Hate to go to another dealer the next town over . Found out I was shown a fake car proof that the vehicle had 3 owners before me not 1 . And the vehicle had been into 2 accidents before me not none that I was told . If I had the money I would of sued the xxxx out of them . I have friends who love ford like myself I sent them to where I know they will be treated right . More
