Well, once again I'd give a five star rating. Daniel was great at taking care of me at the front desk. Bryce never disappoints. He has helped me in countless ways in the last couple of months. I had trouble with my charger connection, so I took it in for him to have a look at. He fixed my issue quickly at no cost. He noticed the wheel panel on the driver's side was missing and explained how important it is because all the electrical is underneath. The next trip I made to Open Road Hyundai was to get a service as well as install the panel that had been ordered. This time I approached Bryce with my spare key fob which wouldn't stay together because the small spring had popped out and gotten lost when I changed the battery. (It would seem taking care of my issues could be a full time job.) Once again, Bryce found a quick, cost free solution to fix my problem. I love this place. The staff are great. I'm really glad I bought my car here. It's a pleasure to bring it in for servicing. More
