AWESOME DEALERSHIP, AWESOME PEOPLE I would seriously recommend this dealership to anyone. I was in a pretty bad car accident and my vehicle at the time was written off and financially I would seriously recommend this dealership to anyone. I was in a pretty bad car accident and my vehicle at the time was written off and financially ruined me. I went in and Greg and Eric were fantastic. They sat with me for hours (literally) to look at all of my possible options. They were sympathetic towards my situation and were willing to give me a deal and were not pushy at all. They answered all of my questions and were super friendly. Go to these guys!!! -Alyssa More

I purchased this 2008 Chevrolet impala at Dec 15th 2012 with 90247km on that, at 96000km I found there is squeak sound from the back of the vehicle. However, I am at Jasper that time, so when I drove this with 90247km on that, at 96000km I found there is squeak sound from the back of the vehicle. However, I am at Jasper that time, so when I drove this car back to service, it already has 96345 km on that which is out of the warranty (6000km). The service manager gave me a quote of $341(without tax) for the replacement of rear brack pads and two rotors. I found it was too expensive so I ordered parts from a warehouse and ask my technician friend to replace it for me, it cost me $235 in total $160 on parts and $75 on labor. I found the old rear brake pads worn out to 0, from the previous inspection document of my impala from Millwoods Suzuki, both the front and rear breaking pads are 40% left(when they sell this one, they promised 50%). Now, the front breaking pads are still good but the rear ones are down to 0 in 6100 km ‘s carefully driving. In the front wheel drive car, that’s impossible. I strongly doubt that Millwoods Suzuki cheated on the rear breaking pads situation and when I talked to their manager Nand Bhasin, he treated me like a beggar, all he can do is offering me a free oil change, which is very far away from my $235 cost. And he said with $9300 I can only get this car with bad parts and let me take my free oil change and go, I felt I was humiliated and strongly encourage potential buyers stay away from them since they gave you wrong information when they sell and treat customer bad after problem occurs More
I bought my car through these guys ( they did the financing ) and their names are on the bill of sale. The car was a Nissan 350z performance or so I thought, I bought it through the phone and Found t financing ) and their names are on the bill of sale. The car was a Nissan 350z performance or so I thought, I bought it through the phone and Found the ad on the internet. Well when I went to pick up the car it was a base edition, They advertized the wrong car and sold me the wrong car, but in the ad it says that it is a performance edition. When I got the car I was baffled but I had to drive back to Fort McMurray I have been trying to talk to the managers about it and they said there isn't much they can do about it..... and they don't return calls. If anybody doesn't believe what I am saying I can send you all the paperwork stating and showing the truth. I saved the ads on my computer and they will be going under investigation by amvac. Think twice before buying your car there.... they have a problem selling the right one and don't wanna deal with their mistakes More
