In terms of what we were looking at for a vehicle as well as our price point, they were able to fit us into a vehicle that matched our needs. We did not get upsold. We also got a great trade in for our Kia Sedona. Definitely as a family, I feel we will be purchasing in the Kia stream again. They have the bells and whistles of most other brands but for a heck of a lot cheaper. Again, a big shout out to Jonalyn and crew for guiding us through the purchasing process! More
DISHONEST. Tried to use the FORCED EXTENDED Warranty "in order to get financing" False and illegal statement. When I called them on it, my interest rate went f Tried to use the FORCED EXTENDED Warranty "in order to get financing" False and illegal statement. When I called them on it, my interest rate went from 2.99% to 4.39% Duplicate charges: $75 gas, $1,750 freight "That's how it goes" and Diamond Kote Paint $597.44 but will NOT provide the 10 year warranty. NCP is a cash cow ...that's where these charges (and others) were hidden. I tried from October 8, 2021 to January 2022 to work this out even with the CEO who just made empty promises. I pray there has been a change in Honesty, Integrity and customer service. I also pray that customers request a COMPLETE breakdown of the NCP number BEFORE signing. DO NOT accept that purchase of the Extended Warranty is required for Financing because this is a False and Illegal statement and is known as a FORCED Warranty...ONLY buy the Extended Warranty if YOU want. ONLY YOU can make this decision. AND DO NOT ACCEPT the NCP as a LUMP sum. YOU have a right to have this lump sum in DETAIL. Line by Line. Please do not Believe and Trust anything VERBAL ... get everything in WRITING. It's for your own protection because, I KNOW, you CANNOT bring the vehicle back...I tried 3 times and was told NO. Please, please, please, do NOT sign this bill of sale "BLINDLY" or else you will be charged an extra $2,425 MORE (or maybe if you are lucky it will be less!) GST. I really do hope and pray that current and future customers do not get sworn at, escorted to the door and locked out of the building. NOW am NOT I allowed to phone, go into the building or use Service...Convenient???!!!! Oh and for the record, the 2022 Kia Seltos is Amazing. Awesome product! It's just too bad that the Salesman, Sales Manger and CEO ... were just so DISHONEST...and of course, they take NO accountability...it's all my fault. I signed the document. Yes I did based on Trust and believing in Their VERBAL Honesty...BIG Mistake, I have learned, now I share this experience in hopes that NO Other Customers will be treated with the disrespect, dishonesty and duplicate hidden charges that was given to me. More
Long Day Had our sportage in for a command start installed and a service. Dropped it off a 9 am and was not ready until 5pm. We also waited an hour for pick up from shuttle. Grande Prairie is not that big, after pick up we were back at the dealership in 15 min. Very dissatisfied with the day. More

He's knowledgeable about his cars, gives you a great run down of the vehicle like no other car sales person I've ever dealt with. I have nothing bad to say about him as a person. That's where it all ends with this dealership. Once I met Milan, the sales manager, I instantly got that smarmy salesman vibe from him. From there it all went downhill. Not only was my trade in undervalued substantially but the negotiating process was tiring and exhausting. With a vehicle that has an MSRP at about 23K, the price these guys brought to me was initially over 30K! After negotiating down a few thousand dollars, my wife decided to go to the local Kia in our home city. Not only were we offered more for our trade in but the exact same vehicle we were interested in at Revolution Kia was priced at 20K after rebates. Not only did Revolution try to scam us on the rebates but the taxes as well. When you have a trade in, you only pay taxes on the difference between the trade in value and the actual price of the car you're trading in for. These guys were trying to charge the full tax on the price of the car. I get times are tough in Grande Prairie but this was ridiculous. Same your time, energy and piece of mind and go else where. More
