Since you have discontiued your basic oil change and went to the works, I will not be having it done at your dealership. In 2013 We happened to drive through Verona by chance looking for a truck. After being stood up from the dealer to the north of Verona. We did not expect much from anybody at that point. Wow we were amazed. We met Al Revell and was an amazing person who was busy but, introduced us to a Mr. Dan Gibbs. That was three trucks ago! We have never been more please with a dealership than Revells. Service is great!! Leading the service team in the back is Terry who really cares to Super people in the back who listen and care about serving you right the first time. Did I mention Dan Gibbs? In sales. Straight up guy. Will give you all the information required and has the patience of a pope! Super nice guy! To Mario in the front office who works hard to help anyway he can and is great in finding the product you want. Well worth the drive we like it so much we always take our trucks there passing by all the dealer closer to us. Ie Belleville ,Trenton,Madoc,napanee.kaladar! We had a problem with our 2015 F150 front end that another dealership could not fix, after We have nothing but great things to say about Revell Ford!! We had a problem with our 2015 F150 front end that another dealership could not fix, after many returns to the dealership. When going to Revell Terry the service manager assured us that he could fix the problem...and he did! He is very knowledgeable and helpful, our service experience was 100% not only did they get the job done but staff were very courteous and helpful. While at Revell getting that problem fixed we talked to the sales staff...Nate assisted us in answering many many questions regarding towing and the Ecoboost, as we had ordered our 2015 with the incorrect package for towing (poorly advised by another Ford dealership) We went back and forth picking his brain for information regarding Ecoboost with 355 gears or 373, or diesel 250. I am sure he was getting tired of all our questions....but he was amazing! He assured us that we would be happy with an Ecoboost with 355 gears...and we agree he was right! We just pulled thru the Rocky Mountains with our new 2016 Ecoboost ! Endless power with our RV. We highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. When it came to financing Terry in the finance department was very efficient and helpful answering all questions! Thank you Revell More
