Some minor issues fixed rapidly with no stress to me I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up m I purchased a used 2013 Escape from Renfrew Chrysler, and there was a couple of things that were to be addressed that were not done when i picked up my car. I brought it back 2 days later, and they looked after everything virtually on the spot. The only issue that couldn't be fixed there was fixed a couple days later at a shop that specializes in the installation of backup cameras. My vehicle was advertised with one, but it did not have it. Renfrew stepped up to the bat and not only paid for the backup camera system, but covered the difference between the originally planned display and the one i wanted (approx $100 more). They are a great company, and Evan is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. Richard More

We went over to Renfrew to view a specific vehicle we had found on Kijiji but when we got there another customer was look Mike was a great help to us! So Mike showed us some more options and we took a test drive. Mike asked why we were hesitant and when we told him he offered some incentives, asked exactly what we wanted out of the deal and then petitioned his boss on our behalf. He did a great job of listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle and the extras we wanted thrown in. Answered all our questions and saw us through the purchase from start to finish. I did not feel any problem when I dive my 2008 jeep liberty in saskatoon and I drive it cross province to Calgary, I understand the car needs pass the inspection for safe drive in AB, But what I mean is the service, the service man is not on his phone during the work hours. the main issue is they get money from labor fee, they delay time for more labor fee. I see most of five stars is new buyer, the good service is not when you buy a car from them, it is when you get service from them. More

I needed a van for work purposes as my previous van was no longer repairable so I felt he took advantage of the situation. I was told I would have a full tank of gas upon pick up it was only 3/4 full it may be a small thing but it mattered to me. And I was also told it would be like brand new and there was still dog hair in it and wasn't as clean as I felt it should have been. And lastly I contacted him through text cuz the air conditioning isn't working properly and I am not sure if they are responsible to look at it or if it was up to me and he never replied. scamming and stealing deposit from innocent people. I went to purchase a used vehicle. They said I have to put deposit of $500 in order to check if I can qualify to get the vehicle at a rate of 5.99%. a I went to purchase a used vehicle. They said I have to put deposit of $500 in order to check if I can qualify to get the vehicle at a rate of 5.99%. and the deposit will be returned if they cannot get me the financing rates. They called me saying my credit is not good, I have to get somebody else to cosign with me. I told them I cant find anyone to do that for me please cancel my financing and return my deposit. and 2 days after Ben Sanders calls me to say I was approved and I can go pick up my car. upon arrival they said its ready to picked up by us and when we asked him how much the interest is, he said 13%. I was so shocked that he hide that information from us. and his reasoning was that since I don't have a good credit rating that's all he can find but failed to mention that. We asked him to cancel and return our money, and he said the money will be refunded the next day. instead I receive a call from another agent claiming that he can find another one for us. and doesn't want to give me details of financing he got me. Never give deposit its a scam to get your money, and they don't intend to return it back when the financing or what they promised don't work. I will not stop until I get my money back or the said car for the financing agreed on. I cant believe this can happen at a dealership. More
