Renfrew is where you should go I traded in a 2013 for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dan the sales rep knew to reach out to let me know another demo was for sale. We went in to see him and learned about all that was different between the the 2013 and 2015. Dan is very knowledgeable. We had to make a trade. The team in finance led by Stryder was effective and efficient. We were out the door within the time it took to have a coffee. They took care of my admin with the banks and even processed the registration. Awesome. This is my fourth Jeep and second from Renfrew. I will buy the fifth there too. You should go see Dan and take a test drive. More

Steve was so patient and promptly answered my MANY questions - giving me a TON of helpful advice. The thing that really stood out to me (aside from all of this) was that YEARS after that purchase, Steve is still there for me any time I have a question or issue. He responds so quickly and always finds a way to help. The service department there is fantastic too – I am so happy with them, they’ve all been great to deal with (including the shuttle drivers). I recommend Steve to anyone and plan to purchase my next vehicle from him (and have it serviced by the team at Renfrew too)! More

Tony cares about his clients is not just about the sale,very great service even after the sale was done. He had my vehicle delivered right to my front door step. The delivery men he sent were very nice as well and were at my house in a timely manor.The only issue i had was a minor hiccup with stryder(financing manager). He forgot to sign my bill of sale which caused me to not be able to register my vehicle right away. But he did also get the problem fixed within the day. I would reccomend dealing with tony. More
