Customer Service IS MOST IMPORTANT I changed from a North American brand that I had been loyal to for years but my loyalty didn't matter to "their" customer service department so I rese I changed from a North American brand that I had been loyal to for years but my loyalty didn't matter to "their" customer service department so I researched my vehicles and switched to Nissan and have NO REGRETS I bought my 2015 Murano new and follow the recommended maintenance schedule. I was first "given" to Corey as my service department rep when I had bought my vehicle and anytime I need anything I ask for him by name and he ALWAYS helps me and has come to know me. He works around my schedule for my convenience and ensures whatever needs to be done is done by the time promised (I work full time and have to pick my child up by a set time so working around my schedule is important to me - I am somewhat flexible but it's nice that they can "deliver" so I don't have to stress about missed work or kid pickup) He is professional and friendly ... complimentary car washes and the shuttle service are a definite perk but it's the customer service that will keep me loyal and makes the drop off and pick ups enjoyable. Although I have only ever had Corey as my service rep the other men and women are always friendly and ask if they can assist me as soon as I come in. More
