Salesman had very little knowledge of the vehicle. Did not tell me the block heater was on back order on the day I picked up the vehicle. And the Portfolio Manager did not give an explanation of the difference between Honda Locate and Dealer Locate (Platinum Autoplus). As for the issue with the delay with the Dealer Locate certificate I should have been told that it was not available until Saturday prior to me leaving the dealership with the new car. More
