Outstanding customer service. I was scheduled for routine service-work on my car as well as a tire repair. The options for work were explained in a straightforward manner and, desp I was scheduled for routine service-work on my car as well as a tire repair. The options for work were explained in a straightforward manner and, despite having additional services and maintenance offered or suggested, I felt no pressure to have these services performed. The decision was my own and they supported that. When it was time for pickup, I had just started a night shift. The dealership would be closed the next day for a holiday, so Matt the service manager offered to drop my car off at my job that evening. I was blown away by the offer. As a stroke of luck, he even parked my car in my usual parking spot. I don't know what to say other than Thank You! More

TL went in for service came out with an MDX! Our TL had a "service engine" message so we booked it in. Matt provided us with a "loaner" as it was going to be a couple of days.
