I come to Acura for service, so always talking to the service manager. He is nice to customer and patient to answer all my questions. He alway tried his beat to accomodate customers needs. I used to ask him if he can explain to me some details shown on my service statement, he aways provides most details, not like other shop who always use standard answer “I can’t answer this you will need to talk to xyz”. I feel he treat customer in a very friendly and professional way. More
