I previously had 5 star to the place but our past few service experiences at the location has not been great. Also feels like the management do not really care about the issues their customers are having service experiences at the location has not been great. We were forced to have a recall done on a perfectly working door in 2021. Fast forward to March 2024 and the part they replaced is broken. Red Deer Toyota brushed referred us to Toyota Canada who said working door in 2021. Fast forward to March 2024 and the part they replaced is broken. Red Deer Toyota brushed referred us to Toyota Canada who said they won’t cover the claim because it’s no longer under warranty. I definitely won’t have Red Deer Toyota replace it again so they can ding me $400 for shotty work in two years time. Run Run away! Once you own the car or give in and do the recalls they don’t give a toss about customer service. More

Excellent sales from Jay. Defective 2023 Highlander limited, and dealership not supportive 3 months now. Selling is good but after sales help us enjoy the vehicle. This Highla Defective 2023 Highlander limited, and dealership not supportive 3 months now. Selling is good but after sales help us enjoy the vehicle. This Highlander is my fifth Toyota and first from Red Deer. Very unhelpful treatment. Can I maintain this car at another dealership and still keep my warranty? More
Title: Disappointing Service Experience I recently had my vehicle serviced at Red Deer Toyota's service station, and I must say that I was disappointed with the overall experience. I went in for a routine my vehicle serviced at Red Deer Toyota's service station, and I must say that I was disappointed with the overall experience. I went in for a routine service at 7.30 am, 13th October expecting a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the lack of communication. I repeatedly called for updates throughout the day, but I received vague or no responses. This lack of transparency and communication left me feeling frustrated and in the dark about the status of my vehicle. Moreover, the invoice I received mentioned a complimentary car wash that I never received. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered was particularly frustrating. While I understand that service stations can be busy, I believe that transparency and communication should be a fundamental part of the customer experience. The lack of these essential elements made my visit to Red Deer Toyota's service station a frustrating one. The receptionist at the customer service having seen the trauma i went through promised to put my complains through to the GM and she's sure the GM would contact me. Its about 3 weeks now and no one has said anything. Maybe a leadership question. I hope that my feedback can help the service station improve in the future and provide a better experience for their customers. It's essential for businesses to be honest and transparent in their interactions with customers, and I hope my review can contribute to this goal. More

Took my 2005 tacoma into the service department in November and they told me my cab mounts need to be replaced. Decided to get a second opinion and went to a collision shop in Red Deer and advised me November and they told me my cab mounts need to be replaced. Decided to get a second opinion and went to a collision shop in Red Deer and advised me that your truck is unsafe to drive because of the rotted out frame. The long story short is that they should of replaced my frame when they inspected it a year and a half ago. They put me and my family at risk because of driving on this damaged frame for 1 1/2 years that they said was alright to drive on. What they did is sprayed some under coating when they did inspect it a year and a half ago. I have dealt with Red Deer Toyota for many years but have lost confidence in their ability to service any of my vehicles. I hope that toyota will step up to the plate and do the right thing. Either way a frame should not deteriorate to the point that it is undriveable after 15 years. My point is that they did a inspection and did some undercoating and now I am back to square one because of the same issue, which is a compromsied frame. There are probably many people in my situation but this needs to be dealt with correctly. This is a picture of what a frame looks like at 15 years on a tacoma. Please talk with other people and show them this picture because I do not want to see a family injured by a compromised frame. More
Wanted to buy an extended warranty, calling from out of town. Corey in finance had no time to explain what I wanted to buy, sounded rather impatient, and textually mentioned he wouldn't even give a discoun town. Corey in finance had no time to explain what I wanted to buy, sounded rather impatient, and textually mentioned he wouldn't even give a discount when price wasn't even in the mind of the buyer. Again, terrible employee with no manners and to say the least rude as it comes. How could a worker be allowed to hang up on a customer? Shop elsewhere More
