Absolute Joke This place is an absolute joke. Came down from Hinton, a 4 hour drive, earlier last week to view their new Tundra's; and while my sales associate did This place is an absolute joke. He came across extremely arrogant and condescending not only towards his staff yet he even had the audacity to treat his potential client second rate...I have been buying Toyota's for 30+ years and this one is one of the worst if not at the top in terms of absolute disgusting behavior. Safe to say I did not purchase that day nor will I recommend my network of clients, friends and family towards this establishment. More

Honest head scratchers. We were dealing with the service department. They billed us 1 hour for a wrong diagnostics. They said it was the electric door slider motor. I spent We were dealing with the service department. They billed us 1 hour for a wrong diagnostics. They said it was the electric door slider motor. I spent 10 minutes with the door and figured out it was the electric lock motor. We took it back to tell them the problem and get us a quote. They wanted another 30 minutes of labour for diagnostics. They also wanted to bill us a 1 hour labour charge for diagnostics to find out the error code. It takes 5 minutes to plug in the device to the computer and look up the code and reset the warning lights. Watch out for these guys even under new management of 3 weeks. 3 weeks ago, we had brought it in and the radiator needed to be replaced. They got the wrong part shipped. I'm not sure how this is possible as it's a toyota dealership ordering a toyota part from a toyota parts distributor. Same on you Toyota. We're getting our work done probably with Blake Clark at Cam Clark Ford in Olds. I'm not wasting anymore time at Red Deer for their gouging and screw ups. I'm gonna call out the owner and have a friendly cup of coffee with them one day. They need to know about our situation. More
Poor service...always have had problems I would never recommend this place for service. I have been going here since 2009. Even though I've always had problems each time I have gotten service there, I have always given them other chances hoping that their service would be better the next time. After 5 years of second chances, I would NEVER go back nor recommend it to anyone. I've lost my patience for them. They have forgotten to put me in their schedule numerous times, so I would show up and have to reschedule to accommodate them...of all people! Those mistakes of scheduling were from online and over the phone scheduling. I've also had some rude customer service representatives as well. I'm a nurse, so I don't see myself as rude at all towards others and usually understanding. In my first rude encounter, I tried to be understanding thinking she was having a bad day. However, unfortunately, she was also rude in subsequent appointments. I've had them charge me for things as well that we're supposed to be free, such as oil changes from buying my car. Not to bash them since they do get the job done EVENTUALLY after going through rude customer service and multiple mistakes with scheduling and service charges. Bottom line, go somewhere else for your car services due to mistake after mistake...this is from 5 years of experience of poor service from Toyota Scion. More
Salesman wasn't very helpful, didn't know much about the vehicle, and was a bit grumpy. I made an offer on a used Corolla, and the sales manager didn't want to budge off the asking price. I'm quite sure my offer was at least $5000 over their cost. He finally relented at $500 off his asking price, and then as soon as I signed, the entire mood changed to a much less friendly one. The salesman insisted I also buy about $3000 worth of extras, which I considered useless, including, undercoating, overcoating, upholstery protection, and nitrogen for the tires, which he said would pay for itself in a few months. What a crock that is, because I don't have to pay $300 for nitrogen at the tire shop; they put it in for free, and they claim it only makes a very small difference to performance, mileage and maintenance. I refused all that stuff, but the salesman said he was going to include the extra insurance anyway, because he said I "really should have it." The upshot of the experience was that I decided never to go back to this dealer. My advice, drive a few hours if you have to, but find a better dealer. More
AWFUL Service Department. Every time I try to book an oil change appointment, have to wait 4-7 days to get in. Recommend taking it to a service lube company for quick and good service. Also, couple of times I had appointments booked in a few weeks advance. Brought vehicle in at 7:30 am and it never even got looked at by the end of the work day. Not even a phone call. I've taken time off work and waited there and paid for taxi or friend to pick me up. The money cost is adding up because I live in Lacombe. Recommend getting tire rotation or wheel balance done at a tire shop. Don't try at the dealership. The dealership relies on the service department business to make money so it can stay open and pay employees. Dealership better make some changes. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Lack of knowledge and accountability for salesman error. Attempted escalation to sales manager but he is unwilling to admit fault and offer any kind of apology nor is he willing to compr for salesman error. I have now placed a complaint with BBB and with Toyota Canada but because each dealership is independent there isn't very much they can do. BUYER BEWARE when you are spending a lot of money on a new vehicle do not spend it here!! They are looking for quick, easy sales and will tell you falsities to lure you into a sale. When you question those faults they will not admit blame but will rather lie and say the misinformation never took place. More
