I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate plus water that is provided> I had extra work that needed to be done and the technician delayed his lunch so that it could be finished earlier. THAT'SERVICE! I went to an independent service station which is local for my six month service call. At 83 I find the drive rather long in the winter. More

After researching through a few different vehicles I decided to test drive the 2017 Rav4 LE AWD. Ben Rempel was our sales guy and was absolutely fantastic! He came out into the yard and greeted us while we were walking around viewing the Rav4. He was very knowledgeable about the make and model of the vehicle, including all the gadgets and safety features that were included. We took it for a test drive a few moments later and I decided to go through with looking further into purchasing a new car. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful white 2017 Toyota Rav 4! The whole experience was fantastic. Ben was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. The finance team walked me through the various warranty and safety packages that could be added on. I never felt pressured into buying anything I wasn't sure about. The team work was incredible and made the entire process a breeze. I included the protective package, command start, and extended warranty with my new vehicle! There was a tiny dent in the back caused by the hail storm a few weeks ago and so I was able to bring in my new car to get the entire vehicle inspected to fix any other dents visible. Toyota was very kind as to give me a rental Corolla while my car was in the shop. Ben made sure to get a hold of me to set up meeting times and let me know when the car would be ready. I came back the next day with my Rav4 looking better than ever and even included a full tank of gas and a car wash! Overall, I highly recommend Toyota Red Deer! More
