From Chris' constant communication with me about my vehicle and his excellent knowledge of it to answering my questions after my purchase, I was very impressed with both his knowledge of his product and his professionalism. Hat's off as well to Corey Stuart who I have worked with before and whose professionalism and work ethic is of superior quality. It is refreshing to encounter transparency in dealing with financial matters and Corey dealt with that issue in a very able manner. My only helpful comment to the dealership would be this (as discussed with Corey mainly). A customer very likely may want to know his end price on a monthly payment. I personally don't think it's enough for a salesperson to quote a monthly payment without mentioning to the customer that there will be other costs, i.e., warranty costs, protection program costs, initial deposits, etc., which will ultimately be an extra cost to the customer and increase a monthly payment. For example, a quote of $600.00/month may end up being $650.00 to $660.00/month when extra costs are factored in. The customer should be made aware of this as dealings ensue between customer and sales person. More
