Great service experience I brought my 2011 Sienna in for a service and the sliding door recall. They were prepared for me at the designated time, discussed what they were goin I brought my 2011 Sienna in for a service and the sliding door recall. I was offered a ride home in the courtesy van as well as an offer to pick me up if needed. The work was completed on time and I received a call from the service advisor, Bill O’neill, explaining what they did and that the van was ready for pick up. The payment and pick up process went very smoothly. More
