The dealership has a great atmosphere Even my dog was welcome they supplied the water bowl and treats for him. Sarah was excellent she gave me the space to check out the vehicles, I came back 3x and shopped around. She followed up and was available and courteous when I called. She got me the best price and the extras that I wanted for the vehicle in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her as well as Ryan the finance manager and the dealership to friends and family. Interactions with all employees were positive. Great Experience. More

We met Chris in the parking lot and asked to take the 4Runner for a test drive. We instantly fell in love with it. Chris was wonderful to deal with, he was never pushy and super knowledgeable. Other dealers we went to used high pressure sales tactics, we never felt this was the case at Toyota and especially with Chris. We would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

Sara in sales was able to answer any questions that we had. Upon picking up our vehicle we noticed a minor nuisance sound that wasn’t noticed on the test drive. We took it back and Andrea in service had it repaired in a timely fashion and even supplied us with a loaner while it was being remedied. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with the Red Deer Toyota team again. Thank you, Darcy & Tara More
