I expected to have a very bad experience, but I didn't I did a lot of homework and that was respected by the sales team. It is still an adversarial system though. I have some observations about that: We all have ways to think about the categories of expenses in a new car purchase. I have my way of thinking of it and they have theirs. I know that is a strategy to get me to spend more and I think I dealt pretty well with the sales team and their categories. They were actually quite lovely. But when I went to the finance guy, he had a whole new way of describing the categories. Also he had his own sales pitch. I recognize the strategy, but was losing energy to deal with it. So trying to harmonize and keep on top of my way of thinking, the sales staff way of thinking and the financial persons categories was challenging at the end because of the length of the day (it was a two hour drive to the dealership) and the absence of food available on site. Not because I wasn't prepared. I personally think there should be a car buying doula service. A person does it so infrequently, you never get expert at it. Anyway, I was overall pretty happy. I was respected and I only spent a couple of thousand more than I wanted to. And I have the car I wanted. And they delivered it after putting the undercoating and and 3M protection on it. Very lovely of them. I feel that the service going forward will be good. More

They gave us a great deal on our trade and were flexible with payment options. One negative piece was the finance manager (not the guy we initially dealt with but his manager) who called to ask about our registration and instead of asking for clarification, he basically called me a liar without even talking to me. If I had to deal with him again, I would refuse. Our sales and the finance person who handled our payments a d paperwork were terrific. More

Shaelyn got my vehicle in immediately when I arrived While I was waiting for them to fix the leak I toured the show room and vented my frustrations with a keen listener Don Bowman who rejoined me in the waiting area and gave me some figures on a new Rav 4. I appreciated his down to earth and straight forward manner and got me some nice perks so hats off to him More
