Took my toyota rav in to have a block heater installed. I was met at the service bay by a nice young woman who took the information needed to begin my service. In about 90 minutes she came back to get me i I was met at the service bay by a nice young woman who took the information needed to begin my service. In about 90 minutes she came back to get me in the waiting area. I signed the completion of the block heater install. The car was also given a complimentary wash. Bonus!! More

On completion of truck service was called by name and reviewed what was done to my truck and thoroughly explained what was checked. Given my keys and was wished a good day.
