I have a 2020 Kia Soul that I bought from this dealership, dealing with Brock was awesome. Since then, the service department has been an absolute joke to deal with. Multiple issues with our car dealership, dealing with Brock was awesome. Since then, the service department has been an absolute joke to deal with. Multiple issues with our car and we had to bring it in 4 times to get one issue fixed. Had to tell the department 5 times which issue needed to get fixed and a “30 minute wait” turned into half a day. Will be getting serviced elsewhere. More
